An excellent base for sightseeing in Hoi An. Nice staff and no complains at all. Room with nice clean sheets. Marvellous and quiet setting not far from the private beach of the Dolphin restaurant, nice wildlife and domestic animals nearby, and Hoi An city centre. Btw, located to Hoi An old town. Great price, met the demands.

The accommodations were very comfortable with a great bed, a work desk, and a dining area; the staff was friendly and helpful.

it was a really lovely stay for 5 nights: magnificent location & affable staff. we loved the owner. the apartment was near da nang international airport, 19 miles.

The perfect beach destination! This cozy homestay offered a unique feature - a private beach area! It felt like our own little slice of paradise, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. We spent our days lounging under the sun, enjoying the tranquility and serenity. It was like having a luxurious beachfront resort all to ourselves.

They provided excellent tips and recommendations, and their restaurant on the beach served delicious food at affordable prices. The private beach was clean and had plenty of sun beds, perfect for relaxing. our stay at Vu Nhi Homestay exceeded all expectations, and we will definitely be returning.

We had a romantic escape and absolutely loved the location of this homestay. It was just a short walk to the beach, where we could relax on sunbeds and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The nearby restaurant was a great perk, offering a delicious breakfast and the opportunity to have lunch and dinner right on the beach. Plus, the homestay was conveniently located within walking distance of other restaurants and bars.

That the shower water wasn't very warm, which would have been fine if the weather had been warmer. it would have been helpful to have clearer instructions regarding towel and bedsheet changes, as we missed the note and they were not changed during our entire stay.

We had a wonderful four, night stay at this homestay in early February. the spacious and high, standard rooms were located in a beautiful two, story building surrounded by a lush garden. the location was perfect, just a one, minute walk to the An Bang beach, and a short taxi ride away from the charming city of Hoi An. Em, our host, was attentive and took the time to sit down and chat with us. We appreciated the tidy, peaceful, and safe environment. the family restaurant connected to the homestay served delicious meals and offered stunning ocean views. the complimentary bicycles and free chairs and umbrella at the beach were convenient bonuses. it was the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway. Cons: Everything was great! 😊.

The location near the clean An Bang beach and the excellent open-air restaurant-bar right at the beach is the best part of this homestay. The room was spacious and clean, with additional towels for the beach. The host and his family were very helpful and welcoming, providing lots of advice and assistance throughout our stay.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with dirty sheets and litter under the bed.
